Have you ever heard of a PC gaming clan being Incorporated? We haven’t either… but that didn’t stop us. Skullz.NET very well may be the first and currently only game clan that is a legal Corporation in existence. We are a legal Georgia based corporation… Skullz.NET Incorporated.

 

There are many reasons we did this. I’ll spare you the legal details. The real benefit our members enjoy is knowing that Skullz.NET Inc has it’s own business bank account that donations are made to and that the servers are paid for from this account. Each month our members get a financial report and all of our members have a say in how we might invest that money.

 

Skullz.NET is also striving to one day be a legal Non-Profit organization. This would allow our members to even get a tax break for their donations! It costs money and takes time to make this happen. So, please donate to Skullz and help our cause in becoming a Non-Profit organization and keep our game servers running!
